The CECM for Public Health, Medical Services, and ICT, Dr. Gichuyia Nthuraku officially launched a three-day induction program for the Hospital Management Committees (HMCs) across the County.
The program, which is aimed at empowering the HMCs to play a pivotal role in ensuring effective governance, transparency, and accountability within our health facilities, will enrich their service delivery capabilities making them better equipped to oversee County health facilities, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
