The Department of Health Services, Sanitation and ICT led by Chief Officer Medical Services & ICT, Aggrey Karani Riungu has today signed an agreement for transfer of 300 medical oxygen cylinders from Amref Health Africa to our County. The handing over ceremony attended by among other Eng. Joseph Rugut, a Biomedical Engineer with Amref took place at Chuka Level 5 County Referral Hospital.
In addition to the 300cylinders, the County also received 8 oxygen monitors and 19 splitters which will be distributed in various health facilities and will go along way in ensuring our facilities improve health service delivery.
