Residents of Kibugua and Chogoria towns will start enjoying the joys that come with tarmacked roads after we started tarmacking the towns for easy movement of goods and people as we keep alive out promise of modernising the County’s towns.
In Chogoria, the County Government will tarmack 5 feeder roads that will connect to the main road.
In Kibugua, tarmacking will take place in phases as we seek to give the town a facelift.
In phase one, the Government will also erect street lights along the roads.
In phase two, we’ll set aside money to build a water resourvour, have cabros on the path ways and build a modern toilet at the market place.
The just commissioned tarmacking is part of our promise to do a percentage of upgrading roads to bitumen standards every year we are in office.
We are thankful to the business community in not just those two towns, but across the County, for working closely with the County Government to help us achieve these sets of developments.
